Four-star PG Lucas Morillo commits to Illinois basketball

Lucas Morillo, a four-star point guard in the 2026 class, has committed to Illinois, he told Rivals. The 6-foot-6 senior of The Newman School (MA) chose the Illini over Marquette, Minnesota, Texas, UCLA, and Virginia. A native of the Dominican Republic, Morillo is ranked as the No. 32 overall player in the class, according to the Rivals Top-150 Rankings. (On3.com)
