Four-star CB Jaziel Hart commits to UNC Football

Just two weeks after decommitting from Penn State, 4-star cornerback Jaziel Hart committed to North Carolina on Monday. The Roanoke, Va. native received an offer from the Tar Heels shortly after his decommitment on Oct. 14. He set up an official visit for next month and now jumps from one of the top unranked recruits in the country to a UNC commit. (On3.com)
