While it’s been a frustrating start for Cam Johnson with his new team in Denver, there have been outstanding games during the first week of the NBA season from Cole Anthony, Harrison Barnes, and Day'Ron Sharpe. Johnson left Monday's game with shoulder soreness with five points and five fouls in 19 minutes of the Nuggets’ 127-114 win.
