Melkart Abou Jaoude Named ACC Defensive Lineman Of The Week


After taking over as the ACC individual leader in sacks (7), North Carolina defensive end Melkart Abou Jaoude has been named ACC Defensive Lineman of the Week, the conference announced Monday. Against Syracuse on Friday night, Abou Jaoude tallied a game-high six tackles to go along with 2.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, and a forced fumble. (GoHeels.com)
