Nine In A Row! No. 1 UNC Field Hockey Wins ACC Title Again


A dominant 4-1 victory over Virginia secured North Carolina field hockey it's ninth straight ACC Championship and 28th in program history (Highlights). Two goals from tournament MVP Dani Mendez led the way for UNC to once again assert itself as the dominant force in the ACC. The Tar Heels (19-1) seized control early and never looked back.
