North Carolina and Kansas' Historic Basketball Ties Prove They Should Play Annually

UNC and Kansas have only met 14 times in men's basketball, and remarkably, the Tar Heels' 87-74 win over the Jayhawks was the first time the teams had played in Chapel Hill. Given that Dean Smith played for Kansas before coaching at Carolina, and Roy Williams coached at both schools, it's a travesty these programs don't play each other more.
