UNC Football GM Michael Lombardi Addresses Penalties, Inconsistent Calls

With offensive production still hard to come by for UNC Football, the Tar Heels didn’t do themselves any favors against Stanford with a season-worst 11 penalties, with seven whistled against the offense.
