UNC avoided a post-Kansas hangover Tuesday, while working through a few hiccups along the way. The Tar Heels subdued Radford 89-74 at the Smith Center, in their first game without injured leader Seth Trimble. Luka Bogavac’s 19 points led four scorers in double digits for UNC, which navigated an injury scare when Jarin Stevenson went down in pain. (Inside Carolina)
