Mojkovac is a rural village of about 2,500 people, which runs along the Tara River in eastern Montenegro. Getting from there to the Smith Center is a full-day, 4,967-mile investment. Yet, the wait for Luka Bogavac's clearance by UNC for eligibility to play basketball for the Tar Heels must have made his trip from Mojkovac to Carolina seem like a cakewalk.
