UNC Women’s Basketball Signs 5-Star Recruit Kate Harpring

The future for UNC Women's Basketball is bright, as head coach Courtney Banghart announced the signing of 5-star recruit Kate Harpring to join the Tar Heels. As the 2024-25 Gatorade Georgia Girls Basketball Player of the Year, Harpring averaged 32 points and 10 rebounds a game as she led the Marist School to an appearance in the 2025 Class 4A semifinals.
