Frustrating second half for North Carolina as Michigan State won 74-58 in Fort Myers. UNC didn't make a field goal the final four minutes and remains without a multi-game Thanksgiving week event title since Maui in 2016. The Spartans shot a blistering 59.3 percent from the field in the second half. UNC hit 45.8 percent but forced some three-pointers.
