UNC Football flips Penn State commit, Northern Ireland kicker Adam McCann-Gibbs


Flips happen even with an ocean divide. Following an official visit and taking time to think things over, punter/place kicker flipped his commitment from Penn State to UNC. The recruit from Newry, Northern Ireland, had been committed to Penn State since June. "I'm flipping my commitment to the University of North Carolina," Gibbs said. (TarHeel247)
