, former student body president and Morehead-Cain scholar, was killed during the spring semester of her senior year at UNC. In 2007, as a part of her platform for SBP, she campaigned for a junior-year scholarship that would help students who showed growth in their academics, advocacy and leadership since their enrollment at UNC.
