After UNC Football's fifth straight loss to N.C. State, Jordan Shipp spoke like someone ready to lead the turnaround. "There’s a couple of things that need to change. Probably the biggest thing, we just to start playing with more heart, more effort. Just selling out every play, not taking plays off. Not getting dumb penalties, stuff like that — fundamentals."
