Bill Belichick’s first early signing day was good news and some bad. The good news is that Belichick and general manager Michael Lombardi announced 39 high school seniors who have signed to play for the Tar Heels and most will enroll early for spring practice. The bad news is of those 39 signees, there are no 5-stars, and less than half are 4-stars recruits.
