Tar Heels Head All-ACC Academic Women's Soccer Team

Yael Averbuch has been named the ACC Women's Soccer Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the second straight year and leads the 2008 ACC Women's Soccer All-Academic Team announced Wednesday. She was one of Carolina's league-leading total of seven student-athletes named to the team, joining Anna Rodenbough, Kristi Eveland, Whitney Engen, Ali Hawkins, Ashlyn Harris and Meghan Klingenberg on the prestigious academic honor squad.
