Wilmington (NC) tackle T.J. Leifheit adding west coast offers
Posted Feb 15, 2009
Wilmington (NC) Hoggard offensive tackle T.J. Leifheit is a mammoth prospect. The 6-foot-7, 320-pound standout who now holds eight offers. The latest one comes from the California Golden Bears.
With offers from Maryland and every FBS school in the Carolinas save Clemson, he has plenty of options he prefers to stay close to home. However, as we saw with UnderArmour All-American center Mark Brazinski, Cal’s allure of top-notch academics coupled with a top 25 football program and a solid history of successful college offensive linemen can be hard to pass up for top East Coast prospects.
