Hubert Davis says UNC’s defensive lapses at SMU need to be 'one-game thing'


When UNC Basketball coach watched video of the Tar Heels’ 97-83 loss Saturday at SMU, the defensive breakdowns jumped out for him. Davis said that several things went wrong that allowed the Mustangs to shoot 60% from the floor and 51.9% from 3-point range. SMU shot 71.4% after halftime, and Davis called that "just unacceptable."
