Former Syracuse linebacker Derek McDonald to visit UNC


UNC Football has another visit in store as former Syracuse linebacker Derek McDonald is visiting Chapel Hill. McDonald, who announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 9, 2025, is visiting UNC on Monday and Tuesday. The 6-foot-4, 230-pound linebacker only appeared in four games last season and sat out the rest of the season due to injury. (USA Today)
