UNC Lands Second Transfer Portal QB in Texas A&M's Miles O'Neill

UNC Football received a commitment from Texas A&M redshirt freshman transfer QB Miles O'Neill on Monday. O'Neill is the second quarterback coach Bill Belichick and offensive coordinator Bobby Petrino have brought to Chapel Hill. The Tar Heels landed Wisconsin transfer QB Billy Edwards on Sunday, UNC's first commitment of the portal cycle. (TarHeel247)
