Massive Arkansas Transfer OL Shaq McRoy Commits to UNC Football

Shaq McRoy, a 6-foot-8, 344-pound offensive lineman who played eight games for Arkansas this past season, has committed to UNC Football on Thursday. Originally, McRoy spent a season at Oregon, where he redshirted. He transferred to Arkansas for a year, but the lure of new UNC offensive coordinator Bobby Petrino got him on a visit to Chapel Hill.
