Syracuse transfer linebacker Derek McDonald commits to UNC Football


UNC Football has landed transfer portal commitment No. 13. Syracuse multi-year starting linebacker Derek McDonald visited UNC earlier this week and decided it's where he'll play his college ball next. McDonald has one season of eligibility remaining. He played in the Orange's first four games in 2025 before a hip injury cost him the rest of the season. (TarHeel247)
