Transfer QB Billy Edwards and what he brings to UNC’s offense

One of the biggest reasons North Carolina Football coach and his staff liked Wisconsin transfer quarterback Billy Edwards was that he was a veteran starting quarterback in the Big Ten. Of Maryland’s 12 games in 2024, eight came against teams that played in bowl games. Against Indiana, Edwards threw for 289 yards and three touchdowns. (USA Today)
