Virginia Tech and James Franklin added to their quarterback room with the commitment of North Carolina’s Bryce Baker on Saturday. The Kernersville, N.C., native did not see the field as a true freshman in Chapel Hill and redshirted. When the transfer portal opened, he visited the Hokies and committed shortly after.
