Derek Dixon didn't look like a freshman point guard Saturday. Instead, he played with the poise of a veteran when UNC needed it in a raucous environment. Dixon finished with 11 points, seven assists, four rebounds, and just one turnover, posting a game-high plus-22 as No. 22 UNC stormed back from a 16-point deficit to upset No. 14 Virginia, 85-80.
