Harrison Barnes’ take on Duke-UNC could have meaning for ISU-Kansas
Posted Feb 18, 2009
Harrison Barnes got tickets from the Duke basketball coaches and wore a Duke shirt as he sat behind the Duke bench at last week’s game between the Blue Devils and North Carolina Tar Heels. But he said he wasn’t cheering for one team more than the other. The Ames High junior has scholarship offers from both schools. Barnes said rather than showing his loyalties during the contest, he used it as an opportunity to compare two potential futures head-to-head.
