Colton Sands Runs Fourth Fastest 3k In NCAA History


UNC now has three of the fastest 3000m times in NCAA history, as Colton Sands (7:34.05) ran the fourth fastest 3000m time in NCAA history at the David Hemery Valentine Invite in Boston. Sands now has the third fastest time in program history. Last season, Ethan Strand and set the first two fastest 3k times in NCAA history history. (GoHeels.com)
