UNC Rewrites Track & Field Record Book On Valentine's Day


UNC welcomed four new entries into the record book at three different meets on Valentine's Day. Vera Sjoberg (4:29.14) and Sydney Masciarelli (4:32.05) ran the first and second fastest mile times in program history. Sjoberg broke 's 2009 school record. In her 800m season debut, Makayla Paige (2:01.10) ran the fifth fastest time in the NCAA. (GoHeels.com)
