Game 3 Of UNC vs. ECU Baseball Series Ends In Tie Due To Weather

UNC Baseball's series finale with ECU was concluded prematurely after a decision by both coaching staffs and administration due to ongoing weather and player safety concerns. The game will not be rescheduled. It is the first tie for the Tar Heels (6-1-1) since April 17, 2005 when a 10th inning game against Miami was called early due to a set curfew. (GoHeels.com)
