Since the Smith Center opened in Jan. 1986, UNC Men's Basketball has played 40 seasons there. With their Tuesday victory over Clemson, a program that infamously went 94 years without defeating the Tar Heels in Chapel Hill, on any of the Heels’ various home courts, this season's Carolina squad finished off a perfect 18-0 record at the Smith Center.
