Brandon Tate, Brooks Foster attend NFL combine


UNC receiver/kick returner is attending the NFL combine, but isn't ready to work out for scouts as his recovery from a season-ending knee injury continues. According to teammate , Tate hopes to be ready to run and work out for scouts at the school's Pro Day on March 17. Foster is recovering from a much less serious knee injury and said he'll take part in all the combine workouts except the 40-yard dash. (Charlotte Observer)
