Emily LeGette Has Historic Day As UNC Softball Splits Doubleheader With No. 16 Virginia

The only UNC Softball player to hit three home runs in a game had been Haleigh Dickey, who did it twice, last happening in 2010. But on Saturday, Emily LeGette put on show. She fought off four consecutive 3-2 pitches before belting her third home run of the game, this time ending things to give UNC a massive win over No. 16 Virginia (Highlights). (GoHeels.com)
