Terps shock Heels in overtime
Posted Feb 22, 2009
Guard Bobby Frasor said the loss was one of the toughest of his career after UNC led 52-36 with 14:18 left in regulation. Maryland led only once in the first 40 minutes, taking an 18-17 lead with 11:58 remaining in the first half.
"We got outhustled," Frasor said. "We got outcompeted. They were smarter than us. We just didn't play the way we've been taught to play for four years. They were playing together and we weren't."
