Cunningham, Newmark detail discussions that led to Davis’ firing, timeline for hiring next coach

UNC will look for a basketball coach who can continue the legacy of the program while winning more consistently, but will take the time to get the right person. That was the message from Athletics Director Bubba Cunningham and Executive Associate AD Steve Newmark on the "Carolina Insider" podcast. Cunningham gave no timetable for hiring a coach.
