How should Louisville basketball, Pat Kelsey approach transfer portal?

After his second season at the helm of the Louisville Cardinals basketball came to an end, head coach Pat Kelsey told reporters he was giving himself "six or seven hours" to unwind with his family. Then, it was right back to chasing that feeling of being the last team standing in the NCAA Tournament. To get there, Kelsey must ace the NCAA transfer portal.
