Experts around the recruiting world believe the long-awaited commitment of top-recruit Tyran Stokes is nearing, with ESPN’s Paul Biancardi speculating that Stokes’ decision could come after the Nike Hoop Summit. “I think [his decision] is coming after the Nike Hoop Summit [April 11],” Biancardi said during ESPN’s coverage of the McDonald’s All-American Game.
