Nate Oats has signed a contract extension with Alabama men’s basketball, Alabama announced Sunday. The deal will make him one of the top-five highest-paid coaches in college basketball. Because the deal hasn’t been approved yet, contract details have not been revealed. The decision to retain Oats comes at a time where the North Carolina job is open.
