North Carolina wing Jonathan Powell plans to enter the transfer portal, he announced Monday, but left open the possibility of returning to UNC. After playing his freshman season at West Virginia and starting 23 of 32 games, Powell played all 33 games for the Tar Heels off the bench, averaging 4.8 points per game while making 36% of his 3-point attempts.
