Michael Malone didn't want the UNC Basketball coaching job the first time Steve Newmark called. They spoke for an hour anyway. Malone was flattered but told Newmark he didn't think he was a college coach. Newmark called again the next day, laying out the vision in greater detail. Malone still wasn't convinced. He told Roy Williams the same thing. (TarHeel247)
