NBA G League player Dink Pate commits to Providence basketball

Providence traveled a road not previously taken in men’s basketball program history while securing a second external commitment for its next roster late Thursday night. Dink Pate has pledged to the Friars after spending the previous three seasons in the NBA G League. Pate was most recently with the Westchester Knicks for the 2025-26 season.
