Hofstra transfer PG Preston Edmead commits to NC State

NC State’s transfer portal roster build is starting to take shape. Hofstra point guard Preston Edmead committed to the Wolfpack during his official visit Saturday morning. Edmead, who was named the CAA Rookie of the Year this past season, has three years of eligibility remaining. He averaged 16.1 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game last season.
