Masters 2026: How former UNC golfers Ben Griffin, Ryan Gerard finished in debut

Former UNC golfers Ben Griffin and Ryan Gerard finished among the top 40 players in the 2026 Masters Tournament. Nearly a decade after they were teammates with the Tar Heels in the 2017-18 season, Griffin and Gerard made their debut at Augusta National Golf Club. A 29-year-old Chapel Hill native, Griffin tied for 33rd at even par for the tournament.
