Duke transfer, former five-star Nik Khamenia commits to UConn

UConn is bringing in a former five-star and McDonald’s All-American via the transfer portal. The Huskies have landed 6-foot-8 Duke transfer Nik Khamenia, it was announced on Saturday. As a freshman at Duke this season, the Los Angeles native played in 38 games for the Blue Devils, averaging 5.7 points and 3.3 rebounds per game for Jon Scheyer’s squad. (Zag's Blog)
