Emily LeGette Sets UNC Home Run Record, Softball Falls In Extra Innings To South Carolina

UNC Softball dropped an extra-inning heartbreaker to South Carolina, 16-14, that saw them battle back before falling short (Highlights). There was history in the first inning with Emily LeGette hitting her UNC-record 25th home run of the season. It was also the 93rd home run of the season for the Tar Heels which breaks the record previously set in 2015. (GoHeels.com)
