Reggie Bullock's double-double sends Kinston to regional finals
Posted Mar 1, 2009
There are three reasons Kinston is making its third straight trip to the regionals - Josh Benoit, Reggie Bullock and Darnell Matthews. Each came up big in their own way down the stretch Friday as the Vikings overcame a game-high 36 points from Nash Central's Trey Sumler in a 76-72 thriller at Viking Gym.
Kinston held its largest lead of the game at 64-60 with 4:11 left when Bullock, who scored a team-high 17 points and added 16 rebounds, picked up his fourth foul and had to go to the bench.
