Notre Dame Basketball Lands Gonzaga Point Guard Transfer Braeden Smith

Graduate Gonzaga Bulldogs guard Braeden Smith has committed to Notre Dame. Smith spent the 2025-2026 season with Gonzaga, starting in 18 of the 35 games he played in. Over the course of the season, the 6'0 foot guard averaged 17 minutes per game, 5.1 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 3.6 assists. Prior to his time at Gonzaga, Smith played for Colgate. (Irish Illustrated)
