UNCW Women's Basketball Coach Revived After Saving Nephew From Rip Current

UNCW head women’s basketball coach, Nicole Woods, says it’s a miracle she’s alive. She nearly drowned last week during a family outing at Wrightsville Beach. Her nephew wanted to swim in the ocean, and she let him go in but told him to not turn his back to the waves. When he turned his back, a wave sent him underwater, and she rushed in to save him.
