Spencer Young, Kosi Umerah Qualify For Track & Field National Championships

Spencer Young and Kosi Umerah earned their first career trips to Hayward Field for the 2026 NCAA Championships. Umerah advanced to the national championship in the women's hammer throw and is the first women's hammer thrower to qualify since Jill Shippee in 2022. Young followed up Umerah's qualification with her own in women's javelin. (GoHeels.com)
