Appalachian State transfer center Luke Wilson commits to Syracuse basketball


Luke Wilson is about to take on a major change on the basketball court. Wilson, a 6-foot-9 center, will transfer from Appalachian State to Syracuse as part of new SU coach Gerry McNamara’s roster for the 2026-27 season. It’s a huge step up in the level of competition as he moves from the Sun Belt Conference to the Atlantic Coast Conference. (Syracuse.com)
