Lucas: Super Regional Brings Rare Visitor

When Southern Cal takes the field at Boshamer Stadium on Friday for game one of the best-of-three super-regional, they'll do so as a bit of an anomaly. UNC has played 1,670 baseball games this century. Approximately three percent have been against west-coast teams. That's true even as the college baseball world has shrunk over the last five years or so.
